You’ll first need to register your business with us, which is quick and easy. Once your account is set-up you can post a role straight away – and we can even help with crafting the perfect brief.

Hiring Circle is a website that allows you to view branded roles from Employers across Investment Banking, Private Equity, Credit and Hedge Funds and Corporates. It turns the head-hunting process on its head by allowing candidates to lead and decide which roles are right for them. It provides a completely confidential, transparent and streamlined process to finding a new role.
We have opportunities across Corporate Development, M&A, Corporate Finance, Capital Markets, Leveraged Finance as well as roles on the buy-side within Private Equity and Credit. Roles are typically from Analyst to Director level.

You’ll also be able to recommend others for roles (and if they get the job we’ll donate £500 to charity). If your dream role does arise, you’ll get to hear about it at the earliest opportunity.
No one can see your profile unless you apply for a job and then your application will be visible to that employer. You can be confident that you can browse opportunities with complete confidentiality.
Simply complete the registration form on the website which is quick and easy, we’ll check we’re right for each other and then you’ll be able to create a profile and browse branded roles. No more guessing who that leading Private Equity Fund might be and you can be sure that all the jobs on the site actually exist!
No, there is no need for you to upload a CV in order to create a profile. We just need enough information from you to know that you’re a good potential match for the Employers on the site. Only when you wish to apply for a role will you need a CV.
Once registered you’ll be able to set-up alerts according to your preferences and can choose the frequency of these. The Hiring Circle team will also let you know if something arises that you’ve told us would be particularly compelling.
Of course, we’re very aware of the value a recruitment professional can add so an expert is on hand throughout the process – they can have as much or as little input as you want. Every job description always allows you to submit questions to the team, allowing you to quickly and easily find out further information before deciding if you wish to apply.
